1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DRVCLB (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's licence to use this App. By using the performance timing features, you confirm that you are the driver or have permission from the driver.

3. Safety Disclaimer

DRVCLB is a performance measurement tool only. The App does not encourage, endorse, or promote illegal street racing, reckless driving, or any activity that violates traffic laws.

  • Always obey local traffic laws and speed limits
  • Only use performance timing features on private property, closed courses, or designated racing venues
  • Never use the App while driving — have a passenger operate it or use automated features
  • DRVCLB accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, fines, or vehicle damage resulting from use of the App

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information during registration
  • One account per person — multiple accounts may be suspended
  • You may delete your account at any time from Settings

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, run data, comments). By uploading content, you grant DRVCLB a non-exclusive licence to display it within the App.

  • Do not upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
  • Car photos must not contain nudity, violence, or hate symbols
  • Comments must not harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
  • We may remove content that violates these terms without notice

6. Fair Play

  • Manipulating GPS data or sensor readings to achieve false times is prohibited
  • Submitting runs performed by other people as your own is prohibited
  • Abusing the dispute system to harass other users may result in suspension
  • Vote manipulation in battles or Show & Shine competitions is prohibited

7. Leaderboard & Disputes

Leaderboard times are subject to verification. Other users may dispute your times. Disputes are reviewed by DRVCLB admins. Admin decisions are final.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse other users. You may appeal by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

DRVCLB is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, inaccurate timing measurements, or any damages arising from use of the App. GPS-based measurements are approximations and should not be relied upon as precise instrumented data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
