1. Information We Collect

DRVCLB collects the following information when you use our app:

• Account information: email address, username, display name, and region
• Vehicle data: car make, model, year, modifications, and photos you upload
• Performance data: GPS speed readings, acceleration times, and sensor data during runs
• Location data: GPS coordinates during active runs and when checking into meets (only while the feature is actively being used)
• Device information: device model, OS version, and sensor capabilities

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide performance timing and leaderboard functionality
• To display your profile and garage to other users (based on your privacy settings)
• To verify run legitimacy and prevent cheating
• To match you with nearby car meets and events
• To send push notifications about battles, events, and leaderboard changes

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your information may be visible to other DRVCLB users based on your privacy settings:

• Public profile: username, display name, and run times on leaderboard
• Garage: vehicle details are visible based on your garage privacy setting
• Runs: performance data is shown on leaderboards unless you opt out

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies. Photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, and as follows:

• Account information (email, username, display name, region) and vehicle data (garage entries, photos): retained while your account is active. Permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• Performance data (run times, acceleration data, leaderboard results): retained while your account is active. On account deletion, this data is de-linked from your personal identity and either deleted or retained in de-identified/aggregate form for leaderboard integrity and historical records. It is not retained in a form that identifies you.
• Location data: not retained as raw GPS history. Only the processed result of a run or meet check-in (e.g. a verified time) is stored; raw location traces are discarded once verification is complete.
• Device information: retained while your account is active, for security and compatibility purposes, and deleted on account deletion.
• Backups: we maintain backups of performance/leaderboard data (not personal account data) to preserve platform integrity. Personal account data is not included in backup retention, so deleting your account removes your personal data without a backup retention delay.

When you delete your account, we permanently delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

• You can hide your times from the leaderboard in Settings
• You can set your garage to private
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings — this removes all your personal data permanently
• You can block other users to prevent them from seeing your content

7. Location Data

GPS data is collected only during active runs and meet check-ins. We do not track your location in the background. You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings.

8. Children

DRVCLB is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
